We are expanding our team in Edinburgh and seek to hire a Senior Candidate Consultant to help us deliver against key business objectives.

Training
Ongoing, bespoke in house training at all levels to help further enhance and develop your skills to progress you through a clearly defined, formal career plan.

Role & Responsibilities
Advertising for, identifying and approaching candidates, taking full responsibility for the candidate search, utilising all available tools to source suitable talent.
Screening candidates and establishing rapport in order to build strong relationships
Developing and managing a candidate pool, receiving and reviewing applications and guiding the candidate through the recruitment process.
Overseeing, updating and developing a network of candidates and managing their aspirations and career search.
Consistently working closely with management to identify business needs and opportunities across a given area.
Key Skills
Professional, diligent and proactive
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
Motivated, with a strong work ethic
