Product Development Counsel (7+ PQE) - 14366/TTL

My client is an exciting fintech company with successful operations in SE Asia. The company is now building out it’s platform and infrastructure and will be the leading online financial services platform in Asia. It is seeking a senior counsel US/UK/HK/SG qualified lawyer with minimum of 7 years' PQE gained in a leading law firm and ideally in-house, to support their business development, working closely with the product development team. Experience dealing with regional regulators and experience in banking, banking products and the relevant regulations in SE Asia is required. The counsel needs to have strong communication skills and able to build relationships with and work closely with regional regulators. S/he will support other strategic initiatives of the company as well, and advise on corporate governance as well as transactional and commercial matters. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
