Construction Solicitor - Birmingham 0-2 yrs PQE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contentious Construction Solicitor to join a highly regarded firm in Birmingham.
They are a Top 50 Firm, Chambers rated and have an envious portfolio of domestic and international clients.
This fantastic role is suited to Construction Solicitors (0-2 yrs PQE) who specialise in contentious issues. You will work for a wide range of public and private sector clients, dealing with dispute resolution, including adjudication, mediation and the resolution of claims under the pre-action protocol for construction and engineering disputes. You will also deal with Contractual interpretation, professional negligence and general advisory work.
I am looking to speak to candidates with Contentious Construction experience, ideally from well-respected national firms or regionals with excellent track records in this area.
