This is an opportunity to work alongside AG’s Partners on some key matters and clients on a variety of commercial property work including landlord and tenant, property management, sales and purchases.

Knowledge Skills & Experience:

Suitable candidates will have strong academics and have experience, at any level, in a real estate commercial property team.

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a good understanding of real estate law and a willingness to learn, develop or refine their commercial awareness. Someone with good social skills, plenty of drive and enthusiasm will allow AG to continue to provide an excellent client service.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

  • Excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree.
  • Real estate transaction experience.
  • The ability to actively support (or lead, depending on candidates level) complex transactions, liaising and coordinating with fee earners from other relevant disciplines as needed.
  • The enthusiasm to develop the business and market to clients.
  • Self-motivation and be keen to be involved in marketing and business development.
  • The ability to work to deadlines within a challenging environment, and to work as part of a team.
