Legal Compliance Manager.
I am currently working with a Legal 500 Warwickshire based practice who is seeking to recruit a Legal Compliance Manager to work within their Business Support team. Based in Leamington, this will be a key appointment where you will support the firm in achieving their strategic business aims.
The firm offers a diverse range of legal services to businesses and private individuals and therefore someone with experience in working a similar environment will understand that issues and challenges that are likely to face.
You will work closely with the management team, working towards various quality mark assessments and the maintenance of existing ones, advising on regulatory change, best practice, training and development and other firm management work. A comprehensive understanding of the SRA guidelines and previous experience in a Legal Compliance role would be significantly important for this position.
The firm has a defined culture, both in terms of their outward professional approach and their attitude to their staff and would look for the successful candidate to buy into this too.
