Wills Advisor - Law Graduate.

This role will likely be your first step into the legal work place.

This large and established client are recruiting into their specialist Wills Writing Team in Bristol.

In this role you will contact prospective clients who have already made an initial enquiry about getting a will drafted. You will contact these potential clients over the phone, to ascertain if they do actually need a will. Once the need for a will is established, you will take initial instructions and pass the matter onto a will writer.

This is a very important role as you are at the front end of the customer experience, when they decide if to use this service or not. As well as being a law graduate you will be confident and articulate, and an excellent communicator over the phone.

Clients are often high net worth, so full legal training will be given to give you all the skills and knowledge you need.

In this Bristol-based role you will alternate on a early (9am start) and late (8pm finish) work pattern. Working an overall 37.5 hour week. Flexibility can be offered for those wishing to condense the working week into 4 days, and therefore leaving a day free (perhaps for LPC studies etc).

If you want to progress, you will be given the option to enroll onto a formal career pathway. This will ensure you are progressing your experience and legal knowledge, via classroom, online and on the job training alongside a dedicated mentor. Once complete you can progress up to the next level as will writer.

Excellent first step into the challenging legal workplace. Salary to £18k. Ideally you should have already completed a Law degree, and have a genuine interest in will writing and private client.
