Probate & Private Client is the firm's largest and most successful team nationwide, and due to a continued increase in work, it is looking to expand by hiring an additional Probate Fee Earner to the team. 

To apply for this private client fee earner role, you will likely be a paralegal or part qualified legal executive ideally with at least one years’ prior private client and probate experience. 

As a probate fee earner, you'll join the probate team in Bristol with a primary focus on client service. You'll manage, from start to finish, a regular incoming case load of complex and high quality probate cases (foreign assets, business assets, high net worth estates and complex intestacies) generated by external marketing, therefore there is no business development required from you.
 
The expansion of the team is allowing for both unqualified and qualified fee earners with a keen interest in probate work. 

As a successful Probate fee earner, you will take a very personable and client-orientated approach to your work and will be eager to develop your skills by taking on increasingly complex files as you continue to develop your career.

You will be a private client fee earner with a particular interest in probate work, looking to expand on your technical knowledge, and develop a longstanding career in this area of law.
