My client is a prestigious, Legal 500, regional law firm. The law practice have a requirement for a qualified Residential Conveyancer with, ideally, upwards of 1 years' post qualified experience to join their successful and growing team at their Halstead office.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of residential conveyancing experience with the capability to undertake all aspects including freehold/leasehold sales and purchase, transfer of equity, buy to let, first buy, new builds and remortgages. The existing team possess a wealth of experience in dealing with conveyancing and related matters and you will be offered ongoing support. As well as managing your own case load, you will be actively involved in business development, servicing local clients and estate agents. The caseload is low volume and service orientated.

The firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) to join this successful and well-regarded team in the heart of Essex.
