Role: Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Hampshire
Dates: ASAP with the opportunity to term permanent
Rate: £30-40 per hour
Our client are urgently seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join them as soon as possible on an ongoing locum basis with the future opportunity of the role turning permanent. The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor will be able to handle a full Commercial Property caseload and have experience and knowledge dealing with matters including:
- Landlord and Tenant
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Outside lenders and joint ventures
The Commercial Property Solicitor will be available to start with our client as a locum as soon as possible for an ongoing contract in the heart of Hampshire. Applications will be considered from candidates who are qualified Commercial Property Solicitors or candidates with a strong Commercial Property background.
