Leap 29's client are known for being involved in the majority of significant corporate deals in the Middle East. The team are a range of specialist lawyers who lead the way on regional cross-border transactions.Your client base will range from financial institutions to GCC listed and private corporations, private equity firms, and global corporations.
The role will be split between M&A and capital markets and will involve: advising on deal structures, legal due diligence, regional regulatory issues, negotiating acquisition agreements, shareholder agreements, preparing issuers for IPO listings, securities law, and advising on selection of underwriters and financial advisers.
The firm are looking for someone who is 2-5 PQE who has, preferably regional, general corporate transactional expertise. You must be E&W/US Qualified and Arabic language skills would be beneficial.
