Property Paralegal – Excellent prospects for career progression –Birmingham

Fast-growing law firm seeks an ambitious Paralegal with experience working in a property department. This position will provide plenty of opportunities to develop professionally and will allow for career progression. In the medium to long term this position could lead to a training contract for the right candidate.

The successful applicant will work closely with a Senior Partner and will benefit from their experience and guidance. They will assist the partner with a varied and stimulating caseload of property work focusing on landlord and tenant matters. Over time they will be given more responsibility and assume conduct of a small caseload of files.

This is a full time position offering a salary of circa £14,000.

In order to be considered for this position you must have completed your LPC and have some experience working in a property department within private practice. Experience assisting with landlord and tenant claims is highly advantageous although by no means essential.
