Private Client Fee Earner

A Private Client fee earner is required for a medium sized law firm based in Ormskirk. Ideally you will have at least 1 years experience handling a caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts and estates , COP etc. This role is suited to someone looking to gain wider exposure with private client matters and develop your technical experience further.

Following a successful 2017, the firm have received increased instructions within their private client department and need another fee earner. You will handle a full caseload of matters spanning the full spectrum of the private client practice area - you must have experience handling a caseload within this area but the firm are happy to fill in any gaps in your knowledge.

The firm are very loyal to their employees are offer clear progression opportunities - you can progress into a senior fee earner position heading up a small team and they have previously sponsored various legal qualifications.

The firm have a close knit conveyancing department and promote a friendly and encouraging culture - the firm are very busy so you can hit the ground running, they do very little marketing as they are incredibly well known in the local area and receive a number of referrals and recommendations.
