Newly Qualified Property Solicitors required
Venn Group's specialist legal team are excited to be recruiting for a Locum Commercial Property Lawyer to join a Local Authority in Dorset. This contract is offered for an initial period of 3 months with the strong possibility of further extension.
The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with previous experience specialising in Commercial Property Law, preferably from a Local Authority background. However, Lawyers with a Private Practice background with the relevant experience will also be considered.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with a caseload comprising of a broad range of property work
- Drafting, negotiating and completing transactional leases and licenses
- Reading through title documents
- Working to assist with the transfer of toilets and small bits of land to parish councils
A highly attractive rate of £30 - £35 per hour dependant upon experience is offered.
