This highly regarded international law firm is looking to recruit a number of Paralegals to support their existing team in Birmingham.
The role will focus on a range of commercial disputes including banking and finance and M&A deals working with a very high profile client base. Responsibilities will include preparing bundles, analysing documentation, due diligence and collating and reviewing documents.
It is essential that you have a law degree and a strong academic background, in addition a minimum of 6 months paralegal experience at a top firm is also essential. Previous experience of dealing with commercial litigation, corporate, banking and finance law is also preferred.
The role is due to start at short notice and it will run for a minimum of 6 months, although it has the potential to be extended further.
