Compliance Analyst 12m FTC - Top Law Firm

The role involves work on both conflicts and AML, so the spectrum of your daily work will be wide. Further to this work, you'll be looking at the wider implications of both onboarding new clients and performing client checks in order to highlight any key risks that make themselves known and also aim to prevent or mitigate these.

You will be working with the compliance team, the Deputy MLRO and senior stakeholders to explain key compliance and technical requirements to the rest of the firm and to key stakeholders. You will also play a part in working on developing compliance systems to help manage compliance and regulatory risks as well as train the rest of the firm on compliance and the use of these systems.

If you are degree-educated (not a legal degree specifically), working knowledge of AML regulations and have any compliance experience at all then feel free to apply. Please be aware that if you have compliance experience from a law firm, it will increase your chances of attaining the position as this specific experience is desirable but not strictly necessary.
