Conveyancing Administrator / Receptionist. 
 
A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced legal administrator / receptionist to join a highly established law firm based in the centre of Birmingham. You will join a friendly and supportive conveyancing team on a full time, permanent basis working Monday - Friday. 
 
Within this legal administrator / receptionist vacancy, your key duties will include:
  • Providing full support to the Birmingham office and conveyancing team
  • Preparing correspondence using case management systems
  • Distributing mail
  • Liaising with clients
  • Providing administrative support
In order to be considered for this legal administrator / receptionist vacancy, you must have experience working within the legal sector and have some conveyancing experience, have a good telephone manner and a can do attitude along with great organisational skills.
