Locum Commercial Property Solicitor

A Private Practice in Hampshire requires the assistance of a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to start imminently. The role is for an open ended duration but is anticipated to last for at least one month.

Covering a full commercial property caseload, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience in commercial property acquisitions and disposals, portfolio acquisitions, developments, commercial leases and licences.

The successful candidate will need to be able to work well in a high-pressured environment and have a methodical eye for detail. Maintaining and establishing long standing client relationships will also need to be at the forefront of your ethos.

On offer is a varied workload, competitive hourly rates and potential for future re-bookings.

There is also secretarial support and the use of a case management system.
