Commercial Lawyer

We are currently working with an innovative and technology leading services company based in Northampton in their search for a general Commercial Lawyer for a period of 8 weeks.

Working alongside the Legal Counsel and their EMEA team you will be drafting, negotiating and reviewing a range of commercial agreements concerning hospitality.

Accountabilities:

• To negotiate, draft and review a range of general commercial contracts
• To work alongside the Legal Counsel on a number of legal/commercial matters
• To liaise with a wide range of clients

Candidate Profile:

• Commercial Lawyer with strong commercial contracts experience
• Previous experience dealing with contracts specifically in retail and hospitality is preferable
• Must have a UK driver’s licence and access to a car
• Previous experience working in EMEA will be advantageous
