Senior Proposals Manager

A prestigious law firm is seeking out for a new Senior Proposals Manager. This well-known law firm is one of the Acritas global elite and has invested heavily recently in its marketing and business development.

In this Senior Proposals Manager role, you will be working within the firm’s Marketing and Business Development department and will be managing a team that covers global and regional proposals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all proposals that are run, guaranteeing the firm has the best possibility of winning;
• Undertaking pitch meeting coaching to enhance the performance of the teams;
• Acquiring perceptive client feedback, reviewing the information and taking action to improve the way pitches are given;
• Working with BD and Client Relationship Managers on panel proposals;
• Demonstrating and promoting best practise through everything you do, i.e. in terms of pipeline management, your approach to KPIs, etc.;
• Frequently revise and reinvent pitch templates, ensuring consistency; and
• Come up with creative and innovative ways to pitch and present to clients.

The successful applicant will have experience within an international professional services environment, ideally within the legal sector or within a big four accountancy firm. In addition to this, you need experience of procurement-led proposal processes and leading the management of complex proposal opportunities.

As a candidate, you will attain excellent writing skills and attention to detail. You must have and people skills, also being an influential individual who will be able to lead a high-performing business team. Most importantly you will be highly creative and have the ability to come up with new and innovative ways to pitch to clients.
