An innovative law firm are looking for a Commercial Technology lawyer in London.

A leading law firm are looking for a mid-level lawyer to join their Commercial & Technology practice team in London. Your new role
Working within an established team in London and being part of the wider team, the successful candidate will be capable of: working for a wide range of commercial technology clients - from start-ups to multinationals on a wide range of commercial deals from procurements and service provisions to outsourcings; working across the range of technology fields - including IT, fintech, telecoms and eCommerce; advising on IP, IT, commercial and data protection, data security and financial services regulatory issues; developing, building and deepening client relationships.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have 3-5 PQE experience (or equivalent) from a reputable law firm. You will need to have the requisite skills to perform at the highest level as a Commercial & Technology lawyer, including as a minimum being proactive, a solution provider, acting on initiative and being intuitive and adaptable to change. Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of individuals is essential. You must possess a passion for legal know-how and technical expertise within the relevant practice area; excellent written skills with a high attention to detail; possess project management skills, with efficient time management as a minimum; and have business acumen and commercial deal awareness. The successful candidate will also be expected to maintain excellent client relationships and be involved in marketing/business development activities.
