Our client a financial institution based in Manchester is looking to recruit a commercial paralegal or junior solicitor to join their team for a period of 3-6 months.
Description
The paralegal or junior solicitor will be sat with the projects team/ alongside legal and will negotiate commercial contracts.
The successful candidate needs to have undertaken commercial contract work and who is used to negotiating contracts. Candidates who have Data Protection/ GDPR experience or an awareness would be preferable. However if candidates who so not have this experience but are commercial candidates should still apply.
Profile
The successful candidate will be a commercial paralegal or junior solicitor, if the candidates have Data Protection/ GDPR experience this would be desirable. Also someone who can start on short notice would be preferable.
Job Offer
The daily rate for the 3-6 months interim role will be between £200- £350 per day.
