SSQ are currently representing a blue chip technology company who are seeking to hire a commercial lawyer on a six month contract.
The role will entail supporting the European business on commercial contracts. You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating master service agreements, outsourcing agreements and licences. The position would be well suited to a lawyer of 3-5 PQE with a background in commercial contracts and IT law. who is keen to.
