Residential Conveyancer.
I am currently supporting one of the largest conveyancing law firms in the country which is going through continued expansion nationally. This expanding, Manchester-based firm is offering the opportunity to move your career from the office, to your home.
They specialise in a volume conveyancing approach where they have perfected the process over the past 16 years, which has attributed to their huge success. With offices regionally based, they are now looking to appoint new experienced residential conveyancers that would like to work within a high performing, fast paced role, based from home.
In this residential conveyancer role, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of conveyancing transactions, predominately focusing on client service/care, and handling queries throughout the process, keeping regular contact with clients including estate agents, customers, and other solicitors.
In order to benefit from this rare opportunity, you will be an experienced Residential Conveyancer that is well accustomed to managing a caseload of 80+ residential property files from start to finish, with minimal support. You will be either a Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Paralegal / Fee Earner with at least 2 years’ experience.
Additional to the home working environment, the successful residential conveyancer will also benefit from a competitive salary up to £35,000, an annual bonus based on completion targets, compliance and customer service satisfaction, and excellent benefits and rewards.
