Our client is a leading international law firm who are seeking to appoint a banking and finance lawyer to join their office in Milan. The team have a wealth of expertise in Financing, Real Estate Financing and Structured Finance. The partners you will be working alongside have been recognised on legal 500s ‘leading individuals’ list and are internationally known for their expertise in their field.
The team are seeking to appoint banking and finance lawyer with 3+ PQE. you must have experience in either NPL’s , Real Estate Finance, Structured Finance, Refinancings or Leveraged Finance cases. You will be advising fortune 500 clients on a range of banking and financial transactions and cases. England and Wales Solicitor qualification would be a bonus but is not required.
