A brilliant new opportunity for a talented conveyancing solicitor or legal executive to join a thriving and respected firm in the North East region.
An established department which is well supported, the successful individual will inherit an existing caseload of residential conveyancing matters for a mix of private clients and good quality referrers. The full spectrum of residential conveyancing including sales and purchase (both freehold and leasehold) right to buy, transfer of equity. A profitable, varied and good quality caseload.
In addition to running your own caseload you will also supervise one other member of staff.
Up to date software and case management. An excellent supportive working environment and lovely office and working conditions.
