Residential Conveyancing Case Handler

An ambitious and experienced Residential Conveyancing Case Handler is required to manage a volume transactional Sale and Purchase Caseload. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing to move into a legal 500 law firm. The firm offer a friendly and supportive working environment.

You should be an ambitious Residential Conveyancing professional and be able to work in a target driven role. Ideally you will have a minimum 6 months experience within a Residential Conveyancing position. It is essential that you hav. e the ability to work independently and manage up to 150 conveyancing files from start to finish including post completion stage. You should also have experience in using a case management system and complying with SDLT and CLC policies.
