Exciting opportunity for either a trainee solicitor who is due to qualify shortly OR a Junior qualified Corporate Solicitor (NQ-2 years PQE) who is looking for a Corporate Solicitor role with a leading top tier law firm.  

This forward thinking leading Legal 100 law firm base in the Reading area, have a proven track record for success and are looking for a NQ-2 year PQE Lawyer in there corporate team in this key placement due to expansion within the team. They have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting growth stage. My client will consider either a Trainee Solicitor who is due to qualify shortly or a recently qualified Solicitor.  
 
The position offers the opportunity to work on a broad variety of corporate matters including M&A and general corporate advisory, private equity and public company transactions.

This Reading-based role as a NQ-2 year PQE Corporate Solicitor will involve:
