This well regarded full service, multi site firm in Surrey are seeking a senior residential conveyancing solicitor looking for their next step up as the Head of Property Department, the role has arisen as part of succession planning.
 
You must be technically strong in residential conveyancing as you will manage a team of solicitors and legal executives who are based across all 3 offices, have commercial awareness, bring innovative and forward thinking ideas to ensure the department is performing at the highest level. 
 
As a Partner and Head of Property your role will be to lead and hold responsibility for key conveyancing relationships and the development of new business through existing contacts.
