I am working on a newly created position with a leading global retailer who are looking to recruit an Employment lawyer.
Reporting to the Head of Employment Law, your main responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with HR and providing legal guidance or support on a range of issues across Europe, including:
- Providing practical support and advice on complex grievance and disciplinary issues
- Managing employment disputes in collaboration with HR and external counsel
- Developing and reviewing employment contracts and policies
- Provision of internal training and legal updates on relevant topics
You will ideally have at least 3 years' PQE and must have trained at a top city law firm, ideally with retail secondment or client experience. This is a great role within a high achieving and team, in a well-known and respected retail company.
