The Role

The firm are looking for a Court of Protection Paralegal to join their heavy hitting Private Client office in Crawley, West Sussex.

This Private Client team have established one of the best reputations in the South East.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the highest billing Solicitors and Partners in the industry, alongside friendly teams with a great work life balance and retention rates that are second to none. You will manage your own case load, support fee earners on Court Application files to include Court of Protection and Power of Attorney general financial management files, act for a wide range of individuals, client and wider liaison, participation in marketing and BD.
