Transaction Manager

A long-term contract role for a transaction manager with a good knowledge of capital markets (preferably both ECM & DCM).

Assisting the transaction management team of a top investment bank in London with a range of legal matters.

Our client are a highly respected international investment bank seeking a legal transaction manager to support their front office team on the full scope of transactions.

Description

This role will cover a broad range of capital markets matters, including, but not limited to:

• Bonds (syndicated & non-syndicated);
• MTN drawdowns,
• Securitisation
• Repackaging,
• Structured finance,
• Liability management
• Convertible bonds
• IPOs
• Elements of Real Estate & Project Finance

Profile

The successful candidate will preferably have experience as a transaction manager in a respected investment bank. Alternatively, candidates with a good grounding of capital markets experience at a top-tier law firm of financial services organisation will be considered.

Although this role is likely to include elements of both ECM & DCM, lawyers with primarily DCM experience will definitely be of interest.
