Your new firm
This Top 50 client is expanding considerably in the Bristol market. With close links to their network of offices, this firm has a significant growing presence in the market. The Corporate team's work is a mixture of M & A, Private Equity, a Capital Markets practice and Turnaround. This is a close knit, highly flexible team, in which there are no rigid sub-teams and all team members work with each other on a range of transactions including merger and acquisition and company reorganisation/joint ventures/venture capital. A specific client service team is created for each transaction, blending available skills.

Your new role
Transactions typically divide into the strategic advice and lead negotiations, key documents, ancillary documents and due diligence. You new role will be assist with a wide variety of matters, including acting on M&A deals for vendors, SME's and listed corporates. The quality of work is high and varied, making this an excellent opportunity to develop your skills. You will enjoy a high level of client contact and will have the opportunity to get involved in business development activities.
