SSQ is an award-winning leading international legal search and recruitment consultancy. Founded in 2003 with six legal search consultants, we have now grown to over 90 legal search professionals and a total staff of 120 worldwide. SSQ has a unique geographical footprint with offices in London and 13 locations across Europe, Asia, South Africa, USA and Australasia.

We are now looking to grow our Resourcer Team in London which supports the UK Private Practice Team, sourcing new candidates for the leading UK and US law firms in the city. You will participate in an intensive training programme focusing on headhunting to enable you to gain an understanding of the industry, hone your pitching skills and build your network and reputation in the market with professionalism and integrity. You will be mapping the market, expanding the SSQ network, researching new clients and securing new candidates.

Following this initial training, you will attend candidate meetings with an Associate Consultant in order to develop further your understanding of the 360 degree candidate cycle. After one year, you will take responsibility for your own clients by managing existing relationships and forging new ones. Our existing team consists of graduates who have built fantastic careers at SSQ and form the backbone of our business.

You will be a graduate with at least a 2:1 degree from a Russell Group university. As important is the drive and determination to succeed combined with a confident and professional demeanour. Fluency in another European language is desirable but not essential.
