A leading MNC is looking for a strong lawyer to join their in-house legal team managing their transactions and projects across the world.
You will be part of a medium-sized specialist team mainly responsible for real-estate transactions and development. The role is very involved with the business working on M&A transactions, financing and general commercial matters.

Requirements:
- 4 – 6 years post qualification experience
- PE, M&A experience required
- Experience in real-estate will be advantageous
- Fluency in Mandarin is critical
