The Role
We are now tasked with sourcing a Senior Residential Conveyancer to join this dynamic team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will head the Residential Conveyancing department, manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions and will have experience in business development and networking to further develop the department and firm as a whole. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running within a specialist property team providing high quality services in an efficient and pro-active manner. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join this expert team where your progression will be supported and encouraged.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE gained within a reputable Residential Property department;
You must have excellent technical skills with a broad range of expertise;
You will be commercially aware with first class client care and communication skills across all levels;
A flair for business development would be highly advantageous;
