Your new company
This FTSE 250 company and industry leader, provides professional and consultancy services to a range of UK businesses. Due to a busy workload, a vacancy has arisen in the Manchester office for a contracts adviser or commercial contracts paralegal with a strong understanding of contract law.

Your new role
You will join the Commercial Bids and Contracts team and will be responsible for the management and negotiation of all contractual and ancillary documentation for all contracts. As Contracts Coordinator you will consult with key stakeholders and clients throughout the process including pricing negotiation, resolving outstanding actions and tracking progress.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be available to start in March 2018 and have a strong appreciation for contract law with a good legal understanding, either from previous experience in a contracts role or from legal academic studies. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and challenge where necessary. This role could suit an LPC graduate with commercial contracts experience or a future trainee solicitor looking to gain in-house experience ahead of the start of your training contract.
