Commercial Solicitor - Associate / Senior Associate.
Seeking a Commercial Solicitor looking to take a step up in their career by joining a new firm.
This forward thinking leading law firm based in Poole have a proven track record for success and are looking for a Senior Lawyer in their commercial team in this key placement. They have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting growth stage. My client will consider either an Associate/ Senior Associate level.
You will be handling a quality general commercial caseload including company and business sales and purchases, contract drafting and negotiation (covering all types of contracts including Terms & Conditions of Sale/ Purchase; Supply/ Distribution/ Agency /Franchise agreements etc), private equity/ investment documentation and other corporate finance related transactions.
Your role as a Commercial Solicitor - Associate / Senior Associate will involve:
• Handling own busy caseload
• Exposure to a wide range of clients based in the local area, as well as nationally and internationally
• Being active in business development in gaining new clients and grow your own caseload
