A brand new expansionary residential conveyancing role for a fee earner to join a thriving department handling your own transactional caseload of sales and purchase (both freehold and leasehold matters). There will be support in place to assist with the day to day tasks as well as case management support.
Applications are encouraged from experienced Paralegals, ILEX or solicitors.
The work is good quality referrer work and will be handling up to around 80 transactions at a time.
