HEAD OF COMMERCIAL LITIGATION

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading Commercial firms in Essex, within 30 minutes of the City. The firm are renowned as a practice that deals with quality rather than quantity and can boast numerous blue riband/household named clients in the region and internationally.

They now wish to strengthen the disputes team. Ideally you will have strong academics, and have at least 8 years post-qualification experience and able to act for a very wide variety of clients, ranging from individuals, including entrepreneurs, small businesses and start-ups, banks, charities and institutions, right up to large UK companies and global brands.

The candidate will be able to advise on any form of dispute including contract and tort, trusts and pension disputes, property litigation and corporate and individual insolvency, fraud, and product liability.

A self-starter is essential with the ability to head the team and supervise others. Initiative and common sense and a strong desire to provide all clients of the firm with an excellent service. Every encouragement will be given to the successful candidate to develop existing and future client relationships.
