A leading firm are looking to recruit a HR Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis. This role offers a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to secure a stable role.
The HR Administrator will provide reliable administrative support to the HR department and will work closely with the Head of HR.
The key duties will include:
- Maintaining accurate information on the HR databases
- Sending and receiving of all new joiner documentation, including offer documents and new joiner packs
- Keeping up-to-date with holiday and sickness records
- Managing benefits memberships and requests from employees
- Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process for all employment applications
- Ensuring all new joiner and leaver processes are completed
- Assisting with training requirements
- Ad hoc HR related duties.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in Administration, preferably within a legal or professional services environment. You will be highly-organised and efficient with a proven ability to work under pressure and have strong prioritisation skills.
