A leading national law firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join their corporate practice team. Your new role
The firm's Corporate team based in London are looking for an Associate Solicitor to support the team's Partners with a full spectrum of corporate finance work including capital markets, trade finance, private equity, distressed restructuring and international investment. This role would suit a Lawyer with approximately 3-5 years' PQE or equivalent experience of the full range of corporate law issues. However, the right candidate with a different experience profile who meets the requirements of the role will be considered.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be able to demonstrate a solid track record of advising on corporate transactions, experience running transactions without Partner level assistance so post qualification experience undertaken in a corporate team is essential. Previous experience of M&A, private equity, venture capital, UK capital markets and international investment is preferred. You will need to be able to delegate to and supervise more junior members of the team and assist with department training. Experience of establishing and maintaining long term client relationships is also advantageous.
