Property Finance Paralegal - Colchester

A great opportunity has arisen for a Property Finance Paralegal to join a top tier UK law firm’s Colchester office on a permanent basis.

The successful Property Paralegal can look forward to managing their own caseload of property finance matters, which entails transferring direct property ownership into indirect ownership through investment in securities.

Day-to-day your work will entail analysing titles, obtaining documents from the Land Registry, carrying out searches, liaising with clients and dealing with post-completion matters.

Whilst training will be provided, this role would particularly suit a law graduate with some property experience under their belt, who lives in or near Colchester and would like to join a leading law firm.

This firm does offer Training Contracts to its paralegals, so this is a great opportunity for longer term career progression!
