The role sits within the corporate M&A group, one of the largest in the firm, and will support around 100 lawyers all focused on transactional work in the UK. Responsibilities include knowledge strategy, knowledge management, training and relationship building to provide direct support to lawyers and clients whilst facilitating the sharing of knowledge and experience with other Corporate PSLs. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5pqe with transactional experience working in the corporate M&A team of a large international law firm.
