HR Advisor

Legal HR Advisor.

Based in Birmingham city centre, this top tier law firm has an excellent reputation for their offering across the UK and is now looking to recruit a talented HR advisor to join their HR department on a full time, permanent basis. Within this HR advisor position, your key duties will include: 

• Providing the firm with front line HR support
• Managing and supporting HR projects 
• Acting as a key contact for all members of staff 
• Supporting the HR business partner on a daily basis

In order to be considered for this HR advisor position you must have previous experience working within a law firm and have a good working knowledge of HR, have completed or be working towards completing a CIPD qualification, possess a degree level qualification. You must also be able to work under pressure and have excellent communication skills.
