Temporary Senior Legal Cashier

A highly regarded US law firm has a fantastic new opportunity for a Senior Legal Cashier to join their friendly and professional team in the London Office on a temporary basis. They are looking for someone with strong all round accounts and cashiering experience gained within an international law firm environment. Office Account responsibilities include managing workflow with a high degree of accuracy, whilst complying with the requirements of the Solicitors Accounting Rules and European VAT regulations. The Client Account responsibilities include full knowledge of the SRA Account rules, accurate and timely processing of day to day transactions including processing payments on the banking system and performing regular bank reconciliations. This is a standalone role and the successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude. Applicants should have experience working with either CMS or Elite software - accounting and VAT experience would be advantageous. Although the role will be based in London, the successful candidate will work with, and report to the US head office.
