Banking and Finance Associate

This future-thinking team are seeking an Associate with 3-6 years general banking experience. The banking and finance team are part of the larger corporate group and are an integral part of the business with their technical excellence.

The team focus on advising borrowers on various types of new bank finance both in the context of M&A/PE/Property deals and the restructuring and re-financing of existing facilities. Currently acknowledged for their expertise in general banking transactions and real estate finance, part of their vision is to strengthen their leveraged finance offering.

This is a rare opportunity for a technically strong Banking and Finance Lawyer who is looking to leave the politics of private practice behind, whilst still enjoying a varied workload working with multiple clients. Opportunities within also include frequent client secondments in both the UK and overseas.

The ideal individual will;

• Be 3-6 years PQE
• Have a leveraged ,acquisition and/or general finance background
• Ideally have experience of external and intra-group restructuring related finance work
• Be enthusiastic to work in a variety of banking and finance areas
