Ideally you will have a client following or the potential of work to bring with you as this firm do encourage the development of business and be able to work closely with clients, as this is a key factor for making any senior appointments this firm.

You will be part of a firm that operates as a business and not a law firm, so you won't be bogged down with targets and KPI's. Salary levels will be based on experience and added value to the business however six-figure sums are easily achievable.
