Are you an experienced Family Fee Earner/Chartered Legal Executive looking to take on a new challenge in a strong regional law firm? If so, this opportunity should not be missed.

This practice have a really strong regional presence, they are highly commercial in their approach and offer great backup and support, something that can sometimes be harder to find within law firms that focus on personal services. Their clear and strategic approach to management has seen them consistently gown and be able to offer some great career opportunities to lawyers who aspire to deliver great client service whilst really being committed to moving their own careers forward at the same time.

They are quite open minded about the specific level of the individual that they recruit for this family role, it could be that you are in the early stages of your career, they will need you to be able to hold you own in client meetings, have strong drafting skills and a great attitude towards learning and development. Alternatively you could be more senior but, depending upon specific level, they may need you to consider whether you could develop work for them - the business case needs to stack up.

They have a number of offices across the Wharfedale area of Yorkshire and you would be joining a team that support these offices from a family perspective, you could choose your primary base but would probably be required to support in other offices too. They would love someone committed to this geographical region, looking to build a long term career here and happy to start building their network within the local community.

As one of the leading and largest family teams in Yorkshire, you will gain access to a mixed family caseload consisting of both private and legal aid funded work. This will typically include working on relationship and marital breakdown cases, alongside children, domestic violence and civil partnership matters to name a few. There will also be the opportunity to participate in business development and networking activities to help grow the department and really make a difference.

This is a great opportunity to join a firm that have really shone in what has sometimes proved to be a difficult market for others, something that bodes well if you are looking for a firm with which you can have a long term career.
