An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll and Benefits Adviser to join a leading law firm based in London.
Reporting to one of the HR Managers and supported by the HR team, you will be responsible for processing the payroll and benefits for 250 employees via the outsourced payroll provider.
The role involves calculating payroll changes including for maternity and sickness absences, running reports including pension contribution reports and headcount reports, acting as the first point of contact for all payroll and benefits queries, oversee year end submissions, assist with preparation of annual budgets, P11Ds, plus other duties as required.
You will require previous experience in a similar role in a law firm or other professional services such as accountancy. ADP experience is essential. Salary is £43-45500 depending on experience.
