Reporting to the Applications & Development Manager and Real Estate Team Leader, you will work closely with other members of Information Services and Real Estate team to help ensure that new systems projects are implemented in such a way that they deliver the expected benefits for the Firm. Key responsibilities include translating user requirements into functional specifications, working with stakeholders and the rest of the firm to be able to communicate different requirements and changes and getting involved with piloting new systems.
You will need to be experienced in business analysis for a range of legal/business-based projects and this includes partaking in the full project life cycle as well as previous experience of case management systems (production/workflow). The ability to write high quality reports and documentation is necessary as well as great communication and presentation skills.
You will be at a significant advantage if you have worked in a legal or professional services practice before and /or within an IT team.
